10 Downing Street
10 Downing Street is a self-contained flat that is often requested by out of town visitors. Or the door can be unlocked into the adjacent room Eight to create a two-bedroom flat.
Room Four
A roomy double bedroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Napier’s famous water fountain. It also has the normal creature comforts including television, internet access, and hand basin.
Room Six
A roomy twin bedroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Napier’s famous water fountain. It also has the normal creature comforts including television, radio, telephone, internet access, and hand basin.
Room Seven
Just at the top of the stairs, Room Seven is a lovely couple’s hideaway. Use the first-floor deck to relax away from the activities of the day or to plan what you’ll do for tomorrow. All the amenities you expect are found at the HBC.
Room Eight
Room eight is a double room with a beautiful window view of Bluff Hill and the adjacent Te Pania Hotel. Open the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool breeze. Or the door can be unlocked into the adjacent 10 Downing Street to create a two-bedroom flat
